This is a follow up of my last post.
Apparently, the power plate short training left some marks on my body. After the short training session with the coach, my body was not necessary weak but tired. I could only link this to the push-ups and crunches I did on the power plate as I had no other exercise.
My blood sugar level has been in good range almost all the time, but I had been feeling an inner state of restless (not sure if I use the proper word). Tomorrow I will actually start the new training as today the gym was closed due to the Dutch Queen’s day. I am curious how will I feel afterwards.
It has been a while since I last had a hypoglycemia and today it seemed about time. I scored a 49 with mild symptoms so I ate a sandwich that would not raise too sudden my level. I got to 96 within 30 minute and maintained the under 105 until my dinner. I feel it was a good exercise. Not that I like having hypos, but because I can still correct them proper way and without going into a hyper. How do you guys do? Do you manage to resist the temptation to over eat in those moments?
Until next time, keep testing
Cheers,
