Welcome to my first post on my blog!
This will also add more info for what I will be doing and how.
As I also have a full time job, my training sessions will be usually in the evening. I will discuss in a later post my performance in a day session compared with a night one. Unfortunately for the moment I will do it this way and hopefully I will be able to squeeze a session before going to work. For the moment, I will keep it in the evening between 9 and 11 and during week days I will have 4 sessions with a break day on friday and 2 sessions during the weekend.
I have to mention that I will follow the structure from Be Iron Fit: Time – Efficient Training Secrets for Ultimate Fitness by Don Fink, although I might change and adapt it.
I will take you through my training schedule, types of exercise and their details and also my progress and my body stats. In fact the central idea of this blog is to present how my body feels and progresses during this journey.
